Develop yourself, develop your people, develop your ministry.
Are you a church leader looking to create a better leadership development pipeline in your ministry? Join us for two days of workshopping plans, establishing relationships, and strengthening your ministry.
Day 1: Developing You As A Leader
Before you begin helping others grow, it is crucial that you understand the Character, Competency, and Calling necessary to lead in the church. Day one will include three main stage sessions with worship, Q&A by Collaborative Church leaders and main sessions led by J.D. Greear, Bryan Loritts, and Andrew Hopper.
Day 2: Developing Other Leaders
There are thousands of books and processes that promise to take your leadership development to the highest level. Many have great advice, but the sheer amount of it is overwhelming. Our goal is to give a simple and reproducible plan of leader development so that everyone in your ministry is growing.
Come ready to put pen to paper on how to develop your high level leaders, creating a system of development for everyone in your ministry.
Main sessions and ministry specific opportunities are led by ministry leaders from a variety of Collaborative Churches. Ministry opportunities for everyone, including but not limited to, executives, leads, operations, kids, students, worship, discipleship and communications.
