About the Collaborative Conference

The Collab Conference is a two-day event where church staff from all Collaborative churches gather together for leadership development, connection, and united vision around multiplication.

The 2026 Collab Conference will be centered around ONE MORE. We are committed to seeing one more disciple made, one more leader developed, and one more church planted.

Our time will be anchored in the 4 convictions that shape everything we do in pursuit of that one more: Gospel, Balance, Growth, and Multiplication.

Check-in begins Tuesday morning, but we encourage you to come to the Raleigh-Durham area early and spend intentional time with your staff teams on Monday!

The Collaborative Conference is for the whole church staff at all Collaborative churches.

The ticket price includes access to all main sessions and breakouts, snacks, coffee, lunch both days, and a conference t-shirt.

The 2026 Collab Conference will be held in Raleigh, NC, at the Summit Church, Capital Hills campus (3901 Capital Hills Drive, Raleigh, NC 27616).

The Collaborative has negotiated discounted rates with various hotels near the venue. You can find those here.

You will receive an order confirmation email from Brushfire immediately after purchase, which includes your digital ticket. There is an option to ‘view tickets’ and add to your Apple Wallet. Please note that you must present your printed or digital ticket for entry to the Collab Conference, so have it ready as you arrive on Tuesday!

Tickets purchased for the Collab Conference are non-refundable. Tickets are transferrable to another individual at any time. If you need to transfer your ticket, find your confirmation email. Select ‘manage attendees’, select the ticket you’d like to share, and then select ‘share’ from the list of actions available.
