How we work together
The Collaborative Way
01
Identify leaders through relationships
We don’t just look for leaders—we grow them. Our churches cultivate leaders from within by recognizing their potential, investing in their growth, and preparing them to lead.
02
Support each other like family
We’re more than a network—we’re a family. Our churches encourage, challenge, and learn from one another, helping each other grow stronger and go further in ministry.
03
Champion multiplication
We have a “one more” mentality. Together, we invest our experiences, resources, and relationships to see one more disciple made, one more leader developed, and one more church planted.
