Wednesday, April 28-Friday, April 30
As we move into 2021 we want to give a dedicated moment to rest and retool together. This year we will have a restful schedule and restorative sessions to help you retool for another year of ministry.
Come collaborate with your fellow pastors on how to lead in our new normal.
Who should come? All lead pastors and their spouses are invited as well as all executive pastors/directors and their spouses.
How will we get there and where will we stay? This year you will cover travel expenses (contact Megan for airfare reimbursement for airfare over $300 per person), and we will handle the cost of the hotel reservation. (Up to two hotel rooms per church.) We are staying in Downtown Durham at the Marriott.
When should you arrive and what will you be doing? Arrive by the evening of Wednesday, April 28 for dinner. Sessions will begin on Thursday morning. We will wrap up on Friday afternoon. Lunch will be provided at the church both days with dinner location and details to be determined.
We likely will still have distancing and mask restrictions in North Carolina at this point. We will follow The Summit Church guidelines that are available at the time of the retreat. At this time, plan to wear masks and distance while in sessions, and we will attempt to have meals outside if possible.
Will there be childcare? There will not be childcare provided on site this year.
More details will be added to this page as they become available. Watch for speaker, schedule, and breakout information.
